New customers joining after March 26th 2019 with just free Sky Go can stream on 1 device at a time. Customers who joined before March 26th 2019 continue to be able to view on 2 devices at a time. Sky Go Extra increases it to 2 devices at a time and Multiscreen increases it to 4 devices at a time.
