Apr 04, 2015 · Yesterday, I was playing a game when all of a sudden, the game froze, and lagged out, and it turned out that the internet connection dropped! And now since then even after multiple computer restarts, router restarts, driver updates, and trying every bloody troubleshooting solution on the internet, it’s still coming up as unidentified network, and no internet access!!!

I just received a brand new HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC. When I try to connect to my internet, it connects, but attempts to "identify" the connection for about 10 seconds then it says "Undentified network" and fails to have internet access. 2 other computers are connected to this network with no problem. Sep 26, 2010 · The Pc did the auto restart and look promising for a couple of seconds but than came up with no internet access and still unidentified with public access. Also this OS was only installed toady about 4-5 hours ago, and the only thing installed was the drivers form the Motherboard DVD. I cannot connect my PC laptop to my wireless network in Windows Vista. I also have a Mac and have no problem connecting to the wireless network with it. With the PC, the network comes up in the list, I click on it and then put in the network password, but even though it says I am connected to the network with an excellent signal I cannot go online.
